Recent pool fence legislation has required a pool fence to be installed on most waterfront properties. The colour can be chosen to compliment the property.
Complex raked panels may be required between properties. Note the 600mm wide wing panel to discourage access by neighbouring children.
Where the fall exceeds one meter the fence is classified as a "balustrade" with more stringent structural requirements.
A simple "pool fence" may not meet these requirements.
